RadRunner Plus by Rad Power Bikes is probably one of my favorite and omnipotent electric bikes of all time-this comes from someone with hundreds of electric bike reviews. I may have ridden some electric bicycles that are faster, carry more passengers, or meet any specific needs. But if I have to choose an electric bike that can handle as many daily tasks and riding types as possible, I think it will be RadRunner Plus.

One of my favorite aspects of electric bicycles is that they helped usher in a new era of revolutionary design.

With the help of high-efficiency electric motors, electric bicycles are not subject to the same design constraints as pedal bicycles.

This opens the door to interesting designs that focus on all aspects of transportation and entertainment. And RadRunner Plus is one of the best examples of design freedom we have seen in the industry.

The RadRunner Plus electric bike is based on the classic RadRunner design that debuted in 2019, but has added many upgrades and is more practical than ever.

When Rad Power Bikes first introduced the original RadRunner electric bike, I fell in love. This excellent small moped-style multifunctional bicycle takes the cargo and passenger functions of RadWagon electric bicycles and combines them with the smaller Rad folding electric bicycles. I think the original RadRunner design has only a few small areas that need improvement, and obviously Rad Power Bikes have exactly the same ideas as mine, because they hit the nail on the nail every time they upgrade. But this is not just a practical bike with sufficient speed, power and range-the real charm lies in practicality. Or I should say, extremely practical. With this electric bicycle, you can do almost anything.

With the passenger kit on my back, I took my nephew to enjoy the triple fun of an electric bike!

There is an accessory bracket on the front, you can add any number of shelves, baskets and other accessories. You can even add center console accessories to the middle of the frame, which provides you with a huge covered storage area, and even a molded phone holder and cup holder on top.

My brother-in-law uses this accessory on his RadRunner, and when they ride the electric bike together, he will constantly fill it with family items. Almost every Sunday afternoon, children's sports balls and a large number of water bottles will enter that thing.

With all the features and different customization options, RadRunner Plus is a truly versatile electric bike. The passenger kit makes it easy for you to cruise with your partner or send your child to school. Large-capacity tires and front suspension forks mean you can easily ride off-road and trails. The small size means you can install it in an apartment without the need for a large bicycle like RadWagon or RadRover. The 7-speed transmission system means you can adjust the gear ratio for perfect fitness riding or climbing. The upgraded lightning allows you to see it at night even from a distance. The wide variety of accessories means you can turn your electric bike into any type of dedicated electric bike you want. The list is too numerous to mention.

Here, how many things an electric bicycle can do is really impressive.

Although you can clearly see how much I love RadRunner Plus, it has one thing in common with all other bikes: it is not perfect. I can always find one or two shortcomings, even the coolest electric bike, RadRunner Plus is no exception in this regard.

When I was looking for anything to complain about, the two things that impressed me the most were the weight and the unusual tire size.

A 74 lb (33 kg) bicycle is heavy, but this is more or less predictable. Any bicycle with a powerful motor and a large battery will be heavy. Then a new frame with an integrated frame was added, passenger accessories, suspension, etc. were added. The weight will increase. There is really nothing you can do about it. If you want high practicality, you will get a higher weight.

Another issue is tire size. On the one hand, it is a super comfortable size because it has the advantages of fatter tires without the huge volume or weight of fat tires. Its width is 3.3 inches, which is more flexible than typical fat tires. But this also means that you can't just buy spare tires at any bike shop. Rad has prepared all the spare tires and inner tubes that you may need (Rad may not say that, but I think if you get stuck, you can install a 4-inch inner tube in a 3.3-inch tire, it won’t be a big problem). Not everyone wants to be locked into a company because of their consumables-I fully understand this (even if the tires are changed once a year). So for some people, this will be a disadvantage.

I really had to search for a long time and it was difficult to find anything to complain about here. RadRunner Plus is the ultimate electric bike that combines the fun and casual feel of weekend electric bike cruises with the practicality and practicality of electric bikes that truly replace cars. At a price of $1,799, you can get a large number of electric bikes, not to mention the nationwide support of Rad Power Bikes.

It is difficult to find this kind of innovation in electric bicycles. This is a truly complete redesign of the electric bicycle frame to create a new way of riding. But Rad Power Bikes absolutely did it, and I am sure that all these investments are worth creating truly new and unique products.
